ERECTION DIVISION

Construction Division has been the main stay of the Organization since its inception. With the extensive and vast experience in Electro-Mechanical Installation work, the Company has been successful in bagging prestigious contracts as well as Repeat Orders from reputed Indian clients. Erection Division has been operating only in India.

OVERHAULING AND MAINTENANCE

A work force of highly competent engineers, skilled technicians and workmen form the O & M team. Supported by modern equipments, the Division handles complete overhaul and repairs to boilers, turbines, auxiliaries, generators, rotary machines, coal and ash handling equipments, pump stations, pipelines etc. The services also include fabricating / sourcing parts which need replacement, complete reassembly, testing and system integration.

FABRICATION SHOP

R.R.CONSTRUCTION have been addressing the our customer’s requirements through site fabrication shops put up at various construction sites for handling all the fabrication and allied works involved for more than 6 years.

With our vast experience in handling fabrication / erection work and the drive to provide quality and cost effective services to gratify the needs of our esteemed customers, a State-of-the art Heavy fabrication Facility has been put up at J3 RIL JAMNAGAR.

The RRC Fabrication Division, strategically located at close proximity to some of the major steel producers in India, is a fully automated State-of-the art fabrication shop with highly sophisticated CNC machinery installed for structural steel fabrication with an annual production capacity of 20,000 MT.

FLARE SYSTEM

The enclosed flare is one way to save energy. Oil and gas industry work for twenty-four hours in an attempt to optimize production. At the same time, there are a lot of production scraps as a waste that can cause pollution. Well, the issue of the environment is always associated with a large-scale industry. Meanwhile, the company must make savings to minimize its huge budget because the large energy during processing can cause adverse effects for the company. Flare system works automatically in the combustion process to be influenced by internal conditions. For many companies, it could result in waste in production figure.
